Décisions importantes de la séance du conseil communal du 23 janvier 2025
Le conseil communal a accepté la convention tripartite pour l’Office social pour l’année 2025 afin de continuer à s’engager et à fournir de l’aide aux personnes dans le besoin. Dans ce cadre, l’Office social de Strassen a lancé depuis peu le projet « D’Stuff », qui vise à encadrer et soutenir les femmes vulnérables vivant à Strassen. D’Stuff est un espace de rencontre centré sur le bien-être et la solidarité, proposant des ateliers, des formations, des séances d’informations, etc. Un point important de ce projet est qu’à travers les activités proposées, des opportunités seront créées pour les personnes bénéficiant du REVIS (revenu d'inclusion sociale) dans le cadre d’un TUC (Travail d'Utilité Collective), leur permettant de se former et d’entamer une transition vers le monde du travail. D’Stuff se trouve dans les locaux de la Maison ukrainienne. Le conseil communal a également accepté la convention pour l’ONIS (Office National d’Inclusion Sociale) pour l’année 2025 dans le but de promouvoir le travail social centré sur l’inclusion sociale des bénéficiaires du REVIS. À ce titre, en complément des activités quotidiennes du PINSS (Projet d’Inclusion Sociale de Strassen), deux initiatives sont en cours de mise en place : d’une part, «GiveBox Stroossen », un espace de troc où des objets en bon état peuvent être donnés par ceux qui n’en ont plus besoin et récupérés par ceux qui en ont besoin ; et d’autre part, le projet « Gutt Geschier », une initiative de l’EBL (Ëmweltberodung Lëtzebuerg) qui propose une bibliothèque d’outils à emprunter. Strassen fera ainsi partie de l’un des quatre points de retrait au Luxembourg. Le lancement des deux projets est prévu dans le courant du mois de mars 2025. Le conseil communal a approuvé le devis estimatif pour la construction d’une nouvelle morgue dans notre cimetière, l'ancienne morgue ne répondant plus aux normes modernes et aux besoins actuels. Le budget estimatif pour la construction de la morgue s’élève à 3,5 millions d’euros. Pendant les travaux, une morgue provisoire sera installée. Le conseil communal a également approuvé la décision de principe relative à l’adhésion de la commune à la charte « Meng Gemeng lieft Sport » ainsi que la signature de la convention y afférente. Ce projet, porté par le ministère des Sports, a pour objectif de promouvoir l’activité physique et le sport au niveau communal. Pour ce faire, il consiste à établir un inventaire des acteurs, de l’offre sportive et des infrastructures existantes dans la commune. Le projet se décline en plusieurs étapes, parmi lesquelles figurent la signature de la charte et de la convention, ainsi que l’engagement d’un coordinateur sportif, dont le ministère contribuera à hauteur de 80 % aux frais salariaux pendant les trois premières années. ****** Wichteg Decisioune vun der Gemengerotssëtzung vum 23.
